Payment guide

Deposit and withdrawal methods

A payment route should be confirmed with the legal account provider before money moves. The tables show methods familiar to Canadian users and the example processing windows supplied for this site.

Availability varies by provider, account status and the source of funds. A method shown here does not prove that every visitor can use it or that a third-party bank will make no charge.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals may need to return to the original funding route or another verified account in your name. Processing time starts after the request is accepted and checks are complete.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time
Bank transfer Canadian bank account Free 1–5 business days
Visa Eligible card refund Free 1–5 business days
Mastercard Eligible card refund Free 1–5 business days
PayPal Digital wallet Free Within 24 hours

Bank transfers depend on the receiving institution's cutoffs. A card refund may be limited by the card issuer or by the amount originally funded on that card. A digital wallet transfer can still be delayed by account review.

Deposit methods

Check the account name and receiving details inside the verified provider's own interface. Never send money to a personal account because a caller or chat message asks you to.

Payment method Type Fee Processing time
Interac e-Transfer Canadian bank transfer Free Within 24 hours
Visa Debit or credit card Free Instant
Mastercard Debit or credit card Free Instant
PayPal Digital wallet Free Instant

Instant means an approved payment may appear promptly. It does not guarantee that every payment passes identity or bank checks immediately. Card issuers and payment services may apply their own rules or costs.

Before you press confirm

Compare the recipient name, currency, total payment, any conversion rate and any fee displayed by the provider. Keep a copy of the confirmation and transaction reference. If the details change unexpectedly, stop and contact support through the address on this site.

For withdrawal, make sure the destination belongs to you and matches the verified record. Read the withdrawal policy for reasons a request may be delayed, adjusted or declined.

If you want to compare the economics of a funded account, read fees and pricing alongside the provider's binding terms. Payment speed is only one part of the decision.
